Exchanges/Returns

You are allowed to do an exchange with same product of different size or any other item in the shop given the following conditions have been met.

Proof of purchase e.g. receipt digital or physical.
The item being exchanged has to be in good quality as given.
The item should not be worn or washed.
The item must have tags and packaging bags intact, do not remove them.
The Item is not an inner wear. We do not accept any inner wear exchanges such as boxers, vests, socks. This category of items once sold cannot be returned.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the day of purchase.
No returns are allowed on gift cards/ gift vouchers.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we shall let you know if the return was approved or not . If approved we shall process your exchange.
Please note the client bears the delivery cost of the returns. You are therefore encouraged to use the size guides provided on each image to help you order the correct size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We only do refunds in the event we sent a wrong item that has no suitable replacement or when the items were defective upon leaving the shop. You are highly advised to inspect the goods as soon as you receive them and contact us for quickest solution. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we shall let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days.
